Program Manager I

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, business, or related field
• 2+ years of Program Management or associated experience with Government or Industry
• US Citizen with ability to obtain a security clearance

Skills

• Develop and implement program plans
• Manage program budgets
• Create and execute schedules
• Interpret and apply acquisition policy
• Apply knowledge across engineering, logistics, financial management, contracting, and configuration management
• Convert customer or product/technical requirements into solutions
• Identify and manage associated risks
• Communicate cost, schedule, and performance information to management
• Provide status and decision information on program issues
• Address contractual needs/concerns
• Submit reports/deliverables on time and accurately
• Participate in company program reviews
• Occasional assistance provided for specific tasks

Pay

$95,000 - 125,000 Salary rate is competitive and commensurate with experience and industry standards.
