Program Manager I

Contract role for 5 months (potential extension) in a hybrid setting based in Cupertino, CA. Pay: $50.74/hr.

Responsibilities

• Generate photorealistic avatars in HeyGen via prompts to build out a worldwide library of avatars for a variety of training scenarios.
• Document processes and best practices for avatar creation and HeyGen tool use so they can be referenced, improved, and replicated.
• Generate video content with AI tools. Experience using HeyGen for video generation or ElevenLabs for audio generation a bonus.
• Demonstrate awareness for inclusion and diversity and cultural differences in avatar design.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot avatar video and voice generation.
• Organize and manage multiple work streams and a high number of HeyGen avatars and projects simultaneously.
• Continually refine processes for avatar and voice generation into scalable, automated workflows.
• Document errors/bugs so they can be explained and diagnosed.
• Work effectively and proactively with HeyGen’s support team to resolve issues and propose enhancements.
• Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of HeyGen back-end/technical details and capabilities.
