Program Manager – Fleet Operations

About the Role

IntePros is seeking a Program Manager to oversee fleet operations and vendor partnerships, ensuring the successful management of vehicle programs and operational initiatives. This role drives end-to-end program execution, coordinates with external vendors, manages fleet-related processes, and partners with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management, vendor relationship management, and fleet operations. They are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while driving continuous improvements across complex operational programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end fleet management programs, ensuring projects are delivered on time and aligned with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure service quality and operational performance.
• Oversee rental fleet operations, including program coordination, utilization tracking, and process optimization.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, reports, and operational metrics.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and support business decision-making.
• Drive continuous process improvements and standardization across fleet operations.
• Communicate program updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and operational programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working cross-functionally to deliver operational improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using rental fleet management software or fleet management platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and operational analysis.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders in large, complex organizations.
• Background in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or operations.
