Program Manager, External eConsults/Virtual Care

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational manager for external virtual care programs
• Support the strategic development of virtual care services
• Oversee the design, development, and rollout of external virtual care partnerships
• Conduct stakeholder needs assessments to inform program planning
• Collaborate with leaders to align program initiatives with organizational goals
• Supervise and support program staff operations
• Develop program documentation and operational workflows for program growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5-8 years of program management experience in healthcare or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and manage teams under pressure
• Customer-service focused with a flexible communication style
• Extensive experience with clinical operations and service line management
• At least three years in supervisory roles within clinical settings
• Strong analytic skills to assess and implement projects
• Ability to make independent decisions in a complex healthcare system
