Program Manager, ERP Transformation

Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP transformation program, delivering integrated scope, schedule, quality, and readiness outcomes from discovery through transition to support.
- Drive program governance through stage gates, RAID management, dependency tracking, decision logs, and executive reporting that enables timely decisions and disciplined delivery.
- Oversee the integrated master schedule, critical path, milestone attainment, and phase-entry and phase-exit criteria to keep the program aligned to business objectives.
- Govern program-level scope, change control, and requirements traceability to protect delivery integrity and prevent unmanaged scope growth.
- Direct Systems Integrator and vendor performance, ensuring deliverable quality, milestone acceptance, SOW alignment, and accountability to contractual commitments.
- Ensure testing, data migration, integration, and cutover activities achieve go-live readiness through structured planning, defect management, validation, and mock cutovers.
- Strengthen executive and steering committee alignment through clear dashboards, readiness scorecards, health reporting, and risk-based escalation.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business, IT, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, data governance, and compliance to support enterprise-ready solution decisions.
- Develop and drive organizational readiness, hypercare governance, and transition-to-support planning that improves adoption, continuity, and long-term value realization.
- Identify and advance AI, automation, analytics, and process modernization opportunities within the Oracle ecosystem to improve efficiency and business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of program or project management experience.
- Minimum 7 years leading large ERP implementations or enterprise transformation programs.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and at least 3 full implementations.
- Experience leading ERP programs through governance, testing, deployment, cutover, go-live, and transition to support.
- Experience managing Systems Integrators, vendor performance, SOW alignment, and executive stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP implementation lifecycles and PMO governance models.
- Strong capabilities in RAID management, change control, stage gates, testing governance, data migration, and cutover readiness.
- Ability to lead matrixed teams, communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate executive decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational readiness skills.
- U.S. Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) due to federal contract requirements.
- Ability to travel domestically as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud experience across Financials, PPM, Procurement, HCM, EPM, integrations, reporting, and security design.
- Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction environments.
- Experience with AI-enabled business transformation and advanced analytics.
Pay
The approximate compensation range for this position is $124,000 to $165,000. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
