About the role

The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day clinical and business operations of their assigned site/program(s). The primary role is to oversee staff working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. The Program Manager ensures staff provide quality support services and housing resources to all clients and guides them in understanding program processes and services for their target population. Responsibilities include building a cohesive team that collaborates with internal teams and community stakeholders to provide quality care, tracking client paperwork and referrals through reporting, and submitting required reports and deliverables to leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
  • One (1) year of management experience, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting, or a Bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to behavioral health.
  • 1-3 years of experience in behavioral health required.
  • Lived experience in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders, homelessness, family members, and veterans preferred.
  • Data management proficiency, including Excel and other reporting programs, preferred.
  • Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) certification in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures required.
  • Current Arizona Driver’s License (valid and in good standing).
  • Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record.
  • Peer Certification preferred.
