Program Manager (Automation)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of automation projects within the organization. Manages cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of automation projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure adherence to project milestones and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress effectively.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with automation projects.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and provide guidance on best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related field.
• Proven track record in managing complex automation projects.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Knowledge of automation technologies and tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay

$80,000 - $100,000 annually based on experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
