Program Manager

Overview

VTG is seeking a Program Manager in Chantilly, VA. The position is contingent upon program award.

What You Will Do

• Engage with VTG workforce to provide strategic and tactical direction and workforce development.
• Create hiring strategies for new employees with the necessary skills to execute the mission.
• Ensure subcontractor companies adhere to agreements on workshare and contractual elements and communicate strategic direction.
• Report program progress to executive leadership and align with overall company strategy.
• Daily interaction with NRO customer, including CO, COTR, and Directorate level leadership, to ensure contractual obligations are met and mission support.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph required
• 15 years’ experience, with relevant experience on a program or organization of similar size and scope
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Experience working on customer sites, side-by-side with the customer daily
• Leadership of a team of managers managing workforce teams
• Effectively integrating with other TOs and company PMs
• Direct engagement with subcontract workforce and leadership
• Building future leaders and providing career development opportunities for the workforce

Pay

VTG’s estimated starting pay range is $185,000 - $250,000 annually, which is a general guideline for the geographic location. Offers may vary based on work experience, education, skill level, market considerations, and contractual requirements.
