About the role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Retail Domain Knowledge to lead strategic initiatives across merchandising, item management, supply chain, eCommerce, omnichannel, and retail platform modernization programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple retail technology programs from initiation through deployment.
- Define program scope, objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Develop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, resource plans, and schedules.
- Drive program governance, executive reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Track dependencies across multiple teams and business functions.
- Partner with retail business stakeholders to understand current and future business processes.
- Support initiatives across:
- Item Management / Item File
- Merchandising Assortment & Shipper Management
- Supply Chain & Replenishment
- Order Management Systems (OMS)
- Delivery Management
- Lead Agile delivery teams and ensure successful sprint execution.
- Facilitate planning sessions, backlog reviews, sprint reviews, and release planning.
- Manage vendor teams, offshore teams, and third-party partners.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance requirements, and architectural guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Act as the primary interface between business and technology teams.
- Present program status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
- Coordinate across Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, Operations, and Support teams.
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives.
- Support legacy-to-next-generation platform transitions.
- Drive adoption of scalable architecture patterns and automation.
- Ensure successful deployment and post-production stabilization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in program/project management.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Pay
Compensation range: $88,000-$132,000 (Bentonville, Arkansas).

- Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires), and 10 paid holidays.
