Program Manager

About the Role

We are searching for a Supportive Living Program Manager in Garden Grove, California. The Program Manager will provide ongoing support to individuals receiving services and employees that provide supportive living services (SLS) to adults with developmental disabilities living in their own homes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a fast-growing company, help build the program, and grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Assess current trends and develop plans that ensure the progress and success of clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships (experience working with the Regional Center of Orange County is a major plus).
• Review budgets and business plans.
• Establish a culture of top-level quality service delivery.
• Form relationships with employees and external customers (e.g., regional center personnel) to maximize business performance and positive company reputation.
• Advocate and support clients' rights so that they are treated fairly.
• Prepare your branch to be audit-ready at all times.
• Direct supervision of caregivers that provide direct services to our clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of management experience in the assisted living community, group home, or working with services provided by the Department of Disabilities overseeing a workforce of employees.
• Experience running a business is a plus.
