Program Manager

About The Role

The Program Manager drives the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional engineering and product initiatives. This role bridges the gap between technical teams, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure high-priority software platform updates and cloud migration projects ship on time. Operating in a fast-paced, distributed technical environment, this role manages dependency mapping, unblocks engineering pipelines, and establishes repeatable governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional program execution across engineering, product design, and infrastructure teams from initiation to launch
• Establish program governance structures, running planning sprints, tracking critical path milestones, and managing technical dependencies via Jira and Confluence
• Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks, keeping technical and business stakeholders aligned on timeline changes
• Define, track, and report on program-level KPIs, operational metrics, and resource allocation to leadership
• Standardize agile and Scrum practices across development teams, coaching technical leads to improve sprint velocity and planning accuracy
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations critical to software delivery pipelines

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Program Manager in a software engineering, cloud, or high-growth technology environment
• Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure, API, or platform engineering initiatives using agile frameworks
• Proficiency with program management tooling, specifically Jira, Confluence, Asana, and workflow automation apps
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to understand systemic architectural dependencies and communicate technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders

Bonus: PMP, CSM, or Scaled Agile (SAFe) certifications; experience working with AWS/GCP cloud migration programs
