Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of the contract, ensuring performance against cost, schedule, technical, and contractual objectives.
- Serve as a primary customer interface to government stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams of program managers, engineers, analysts, and technical subject-matter experts.
- Develop innovative approaches and solutions to complex technical and programmatic challenges.
- Understand and support U.S. Government acquisition processes, including requirements development and acquisition planning.
- Establish and maintain program organizations, processes, and execution strategies aligned with customer requirements.
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver program milestones and technical deliverables.
- Clearly and effectively communicate program status, risks, issues, and recommendations through both written and verbal communication.
- Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers, senior government officials, and Radiance executive management.
- Identify program risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain successful program execution.
- Support business development, proposal activities, and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Master’s degree in one of the following: engineering, science, business, management, or 16+ years equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
- Supervisory experience 5+ years.
- Recent and relevant experience working with the AFRL, NASIC, NSIC, universities, or similar government and academic organizations.
- 5+ years IT solution development and implementation experience.
- Familiarity with U.S. Government acquisition processes and practices.
- Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to customers and executive-level management.
- Experience using Microsoft Project or similar project scheduling and tracking tools.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities while maintaining focus on program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer requirements.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
