About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to provide oversight and management of multifaceted technical programs and significant teams. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing multifaceted technical programs, ensuring successful contract performance, coordinating diverse technical requirements, and providing effective communication and reporting to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Current/active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Five (5) consecutive years of demonstrated successful management of multifaceted technical programs and similar work.
- Experience with programs of similar size and scope as CIT in support of Institutes, Centers, and Offices (ICOs) and MOU customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement complex contract program initiatives and change control processes.
- Manage diverse technical requirements.
- Write reports for executive leadership.
- Review and comprehend Service Level Agreements and requirements documents.
- Analyze the performance of IT services using metric analysis tools.
- Interface with customers to gather and accurately interpret IT requirements.
- Deliver project management automated solutions to customers.
