This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.
About the role
Serves as the Project Manager for a large, complex task order (or a group of task orders affecting the same system) and assists the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer (KO), the task order-level Task Order Managers, Government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Under the guidance of the Program Manager, responsible for the overall management of the specific task order(s) and ensuring that the technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of task order execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Coordinate with Government KO, COR, and other agency representatives to ensure alignment with contract requirements.
- Lead project teams in implementing cyber resilience strategies and solutions.
- Ensure compliance with DoD standards and directives.
- Provide regular updates and reports to Government leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and Government management personnel.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
- BS or BA degree or four (4) additional years of related experience.
- Project Management certification (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP) or other recognized certification).
- Five (5) years of relevant experience and 5 years of leadership experience with progressively higher responsibility in the public and/or private sector in the IT and/or consulting fields.
- Must possess a Moderate Risk, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3 (T3)/NACLC/ANACI clearance: Secret.
Skills
- Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity frameworks and resilience strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field and/or additional certifications.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $145,000 to $165,000.
