• Vendor engagement experience.
• 8-10 years experience in program management with a cloud background.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Takes initiatives for Generative AI usecase roadmaps, VPP DERMS, and System of Record build out.
• Maps out and sets up project milestones, engages stakeholders, and prepares reports.
• Tracks progress and manages project planning with team members, reporting regularly to the hiring manager.
• Anticipates and addresses internal and external business challenges, recommending process, product, or service improvements.
• Solves unique and complex problems with broad business impact and high-risk dependencies.
• Selects methods and tools, maintaining effective project control, change control, risk management, and testing processes.
• Monitors and controls resources, revenue, and capital costs against the project budget, managing all project stakeholders' expectations.
• Defines the approach and sets standards for supporting the management and monitoring of portfolios, programs, and projects.
• Develops financial plans and forecasts, monitors and manages IT expenditure, and examines areas where budgets and expenditure exceed agreed tolerances.
• Led the definition of a portfolio of programs, projects, and/or ongoing service provision, engaging and influencing senior managers to ensure portfolio delivers agreed business objectives.
• Plans, schedules, monitors, and reports on activities related to the portfolio to ensure contributions to overall portfolio goals.
• Collects, summarizes, and reports on portfolio Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through business management processes and systems.
• Identifies issues with portfolio structure, cost, risk, interdependencies, impact on current business activities, and strategic benefits to be realized.
• Notifies projects/programs/change initiatives of issues and recommends and monitors corrective action.
• Reports on portfolio status as appropriate.
