Program Manager

About the role

At Janicki Industries, we turn complex ideas into real-world solutions through advanced engineering and manufacturing. Our teams design and build innovative structures, tooling, and systems that support industries including aerospace, space, defense, marine, and architecture. We are looking for a Program Manager to join our growing team. This position is located on-site in Bellingham, WA.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and manage Project Manager resources, balancing workload efficiency and development
• Lead temporary cross-functional project teams for key programs and oversee customer management
• Conduct risk assessments, enforce project management tools, and improve operational processes
• Manage high-level project planning, utilizing departmental tools for scheduling and execution
• Assist in developing and improving company products, processes, and procedures
• Mentor Project Managers, conduct performance reviews, and guide professional growth
• Provide sales support and ensure customer satisfaction through relationship management
• Demonstrate professionalism under pressure, managing deadlines efficiently
• Maintain cooperative behavior, fostering collaboration with teams and leadership
• Uphold punctuality and reliable attendance, recognizing both as essential to job performance
• Perform additional responsibilities as required to support organizational success

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering-related field, with a minimum of 4 years of industry experience. They will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional project management abilities.

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $130,000 - $170,000 plus discretionary bonus.

Several shift options are available, with premium pay for off-shifts.
