About the Role
We are seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager with a strong logistics background, preferably in BY WMS or SAP EWM, to oversee and drive key initiatives within our supply chain operations.
Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Direct and manage the complete lifecycle of a project, including planning, design, programming, testing, and implementation of business solutions designed to meet requirements.
- Develop thorough project plans and associated communication documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Identify, mitigate, and communicate risks to stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements, risks, and other PMO methodology documentation.
- Prepare status updates, including QUAD charts, for senior management.
- Facilitate status meetings with project stakeholders.
- Demonstrate ability to learn new tools and processes, and flexibility in adapting approaches as needed.
- Manage ERP and third-party systems programs with SDLC experience.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of project work products.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Lead change management initiatives.
- Motivate the team by explaining priorities and objectives.
- Adhere to and analyze project/program policies, processes, standards, governance, and metrics.
- Make recommendations for improving efficiency, product delivery, and expense reduction in projects.
Requirements
- 15+ years of program management experience, with SAP and Supply Chain experience preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Supply Chain processes, particularly in the Retail industry, especially in Planning.
