Program Manager

About the Role

Lead and oversee end-to-end program management for company-wide fiber audit, as-built, and working documentation efforts. Maintain project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation associated with the deployment of a new design system. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, construction, operations, and sales to align activities and drive program execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end-to-end program management for fiber audit, as-built, and working documentation efforts
• Maintain project updates, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for design system deployment
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, construction, operations, sales) to align activities and drive execution
• Perform data entry into IQGEO Network Manager as needed
• Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies and contingency plans
• Monitor industry trends and technologies to optimize processes and resources
• Lead change management initiatives, manage stakeholder expectations, and address resistance to change
• Demonstrate transparency on process and status for ongoing workstreams
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years of program management experience
• PMP or PMI-ACP certification preferred
• Experience generating reports and analyzing data to make recommendations
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data analysis programs
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, including public speaking
• Comfortable presenting to an audience
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
