Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with the Government.
• Be responsible for cost, schedule, staffing, quality, risk management, subcontractor coordination, and delivery across a high-volume exercise support portfolio.
• Lead overall task order execution and serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative.
• Manage integrated prime and sub-contractor performance across startup, analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance.
• Oversee schedule integration, risk management, issue resolution, staffing coordination, deliverable quality, and monthly status reporting.
• Ensure teammate work products are integrated into one compliant Harkcon led solution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of program management experience managing similar requirements.
• Experience managing federal training, human systems integration, instructional systems design, or technical services programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing subcontractors, schedules, customer communications, risks, and deliverables.
• Project Management Professional or comparable project management credential preferred.
• Coast Guard, Department of Homeland Security, or maritime acquisition program experience preferred.
• Experience leading iterative or agile training development efforts preferred.
• Active security clearance preferred.
