Program Manager

The Opportunity: As Program Manager, you will join our growing Enterprise PMO function and lead enterprise level initiatives that are critical to scaling our business. You’ll oversee cross-functional programs, driving accountability and alignment to ensure successful outcomes. Our PMO thrives in a growth environment where structure is evolving - you’ll help set that structure while still getting things done.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of program management experience, ideally in a high-growth or technology-driven environment
• Experience managing different types of programs using blended waterfall and agile approaches
• Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Experience presenting to Executive leadership
• Strong facilitation and communication skills, capable of influencing without authority
• Able to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Experience implementing governance, structure, and reporting in less mature organizations
• A collaborative mindset, thriving in team-based environments where accountability and trust are key

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $98,000-$120,000 and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
