Program Manager

About the role

The role drives complex technical programs from inception to delivery, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams around shared milestones. The program manager removes cross-functional blockers, standardizes agile delivery processes, and ensures that strategic engineering initiatives are shipped on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of large-scale technical programs across distributed engineering and product teams
• Establish program schedules, define milestones, track dependencies, and manage risk matrices using Jira and Confluence
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional syncs to maintain high velocity and alignment
• Partner with engineering leadership to allocate resources, manage capacity, and balance technical debt against feature delivery
• Track and report programmatic KPIs and OKRs to stakeholders, translating complex technical blockers into actionable business insights
• Iterate on delivery frameworks and standard operating procedures to continuously improve team efficiency

Requirements

• 4-7 years of technical program or project management experience within a high-growth technology or software engineering environment
• Deep familiarity with agile methodologies, software development lifecycles (SDLC), and modern CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Advanced proficiency with project management tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and Notion
• Exceptional stakeholder management and technical communication skills across engineering and executive leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field

Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), or SAFe certifications (bonus)
• Hands-on background in software development or systems architecture (bonus)
