Program Manager

About the role

The role drives complex technical programs end-to-end, aligning engineering, product, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-impact systems. You will orchestrate cross-functional execution, remove systemic blockers, and ensure that large-scale initiatives ship on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of cross-functional technical programs, defining project milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations in Jira and Notion
• Run weekly syncs, sprint planning, and retrospectives to keep engineering and product teams aligned and accountable
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early, proactively designing mitigation plans with engineering leads
• Track program health and operational metrics using dashboards, surfacing executive-level progress reports and data-driven insights
• Standardize program management processes and tooling templates to scale execution across growing engineering organizations
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communications across product, design, engineering, and executive leadership

Requirements

• 4-7 years of technical program management or engineering project management experience in high-growth technology environments
• Deep familiarity with software development life cycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency with program tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, Linear, and advanced spreadsheet modeling
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bonus: PMP, CSM, or equivalent agile certifications; background in software engineering or computer science
