Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface to the COR and Government stakeholders
- Oversee execution of all task areas, including engineering, operations, and program management
- Ensure alignment of contractor activities with Government priorities and mission objectives
- Manage day-to-day contract performance and task order administration
- Provide oversight of all activities across functional areas and deliverables
- Cookordinate contractor team activities and ensure integrated service delivery
- Track and report program performance, progress, and execution status
- Prepare and submit Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) and other program reports
- Conduct and support Monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program and project risks
- Implement and enforce quality control processes across all deliverables
- Ensure continuous improvement of program procedures and documentation
- Coordinate project execution with Government project managers and leads
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Monitor project performance against established plans and objectives
- Manage staffing levels and ensure adequate resource allocation
- Oversee subcontractor management and team performance
- Ensure continuity of support and qualified personnel fulfillment
- Support invoicing and financial tracking activities
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and reporting standards
- Manage contract performance in accordance with task order requirements
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Experience: Minimum five (5) years of experience in IT program management, demonstrated experience managing complex federal IT programs, and experience coordinating multi-functional technical teams
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation certification
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting DHS and/or CISA environments
- Familiarity with federal IT governance frameworks (e.g., SELC, NIST, ITIL)
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Work Environment & Requirements
- Must be available during standard business hours (0800–1600 ET)
- Required to respond to Government requests promptly (within 1 hour acknowledgment)
- Eligible for Top Secret/SCI clearance

- DSA - Salary Pay Range: $100,000 - $200,000 USD
