Military Valves Program Manager
We are seeking a Military Valves Program Manager to lead our Target Rock team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing all projects for the applicable product line, considering customer needs and company requirements.
- Ensuring all project commitments are met on schedule across engineering, operations, quality, and accounting departments.
- Creating, tracking, assigning, and distributing various documentation and reports for program management, including Sales Plan, Delivery Reports, Project Schedules, and Kick-off Meeting Minutes.
- Establishing, tracking, and monitoring project budgets, developing contingency and recovery plans as needed.
- Supporting sales in RFQ and ITB reviews, spec reviews, T&C reviews, and project/budget histories.
- Interface with customers, scheduling audits, surveillance inspections, and providing progress reports.
- Approving and assigning Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) and Warranty Projects.
- Informing senior management of concerns noted in daily activities.
Qualifications:
- US Citizen
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Program/Project Management
- Strong oral and written communication skills with knowledge of MS Office
- Competencies: Project management, negotiations, contract management, strategic planning, budgeting, project finance
- PMP Certification preferred
