Responsibilities
- Lead larger scale complex, cross-function, and high-risk initiative(s).
- Apply Agile/Waterfall methods appropriate to the work.
- Own delivery: plan, governance, SDLC alignment, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
- Set the standard for artifacts, controls, and execution discipline.
- Build and maintain integrated plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, critical path).
- Drive decisions, action items, and risk/issue closure; escalate with recommendations.
- Ensure fit-for-purpose testing and readiness (including UAT).
- Coordinate delivery across Project Managers, Change partners, and vendors.
- Partner with Project Managers to deliver clear reporting and executive updates.
- Facilitate meetings and align sponsors, business, technology, and vendors.
- Produce status communications for internal/external stakeholders, as needed.
- Communicate clearly and constructively to drive collaboration.
- Demonstrate ownership, follow-through, and results orientation.
- Provide oversight and guidance to direct reports and junior team members.
- Demonstrate leadership and assist in creating growth opportunities for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior hands-on experience as a Project Manager delivering complex initiatives.
- 10+ years of program/project management experience delivering complex initiatives.
- Proven expertise across Agile and Waterfall delivery models and SDLC frameworks.
- Credible executive communicator with strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of project/program management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across audiences.
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solutions-oriented; applies design thinking where appropriate.
- Able to identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks.
- Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
- Experience with Project Management tools, including Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, etc.
Nice to Have
- Experience with data projects or data tools such as Databricks or Snowflake.
Pay
Salary Range: $130,000 - $180,000 + annual target bonus. BBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
