What You’ll Do
- Lead software projects from concept through deployment—driving innovation across both security and medical technology domains.
- Own the full lifecycle of software projects—from planning and development to deployment and post-launch support.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business and customer needs.
- Identify risks early and drive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Drive collaboration with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Cook up a culture of accountability, inclusion, and high performance.
- Communicate with impact as the central point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Provide clear, consistent updates to leadership on progress, milestones, and risks.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
- Champion best practices in Agile development, quality, and project management.
- Ensure security and information assurance are built into solutions from day one.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Track KPIs to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.
- Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and optimize future outcomes.
What You Bring
- Experience & Expertise:
- 5+ years of experience in software development or project/program management.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional software projects from concept to launch.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and modern SDLC practices.
- Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus.
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53) is a plus.

- Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications (preferred).
