Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Affirm leadership and accountability for team commitments.
- Facilitate development of plans, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for program completion.
- Oversee and manage day-to-day program activities.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including executive management, business management, vendors, program sponsors, suppliers, and technology management.
- Set program goals aligned with technical objectives and agency technology strategy.
- Track and report program progress on schedule, cost, and risk to team, customers, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with peer Program Managers on tolling projects.
- Drive consistent program delivery throughout the program lifecycle, including procurement, plan definition, resource allocation, risk management, scope, and schedule.
- Develop and maintain program plans, task lists, schedules, risks, and status, including resource allocation and schedules.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience leading business and IT resources through business and technical requirement discovery and documentation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional application development teams.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to define and balance competing demands for quality, scope, schedule, and cost.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and modern infrastructure practices.
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall program management principles and practices.
- Experience with DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
- Knowledge of security standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks (e.g., PCI).
- Experience with program management office methodologies and practices.
- PMP Certification.
