Program Manager - Agentic AI & Automation

Position: Program Manager - Agentic AI & Automation Location: Fremont, CA***Onsite*** Duration: 1 Year Must Have Skill PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum Master, or SAFe certification. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, OpenAI, Power Platform, UiPath, or similar AI/automation platforms. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI agent and automation programs from inception through deployment. Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and operations teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions. Define program scope, objectives, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps. Manage cross-functional project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution. Oversee the development, testing, deployment, and adoption of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. Drive stakeholder alignment through regular communication, governance reviews, and executive reporting. Monitor program performance, adoption metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization. Establish best practices for AI governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI usage. Support change management activities, including user enablement, training, and adoption strategies. Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business processes through AI and automation.
