About the role

This role will require strong leadership skills, ability to identify trends with limited data and interaction/influence with teams across Amazon to drive the development of our maintenance business.

Responsibilities

  • Define program vision and roadmaps including short-term, mid-term, and long-term strategic timelines and phases.
  • Develop strategic documentation to gain stakeholder alignment and provide program status updates at key milestones.
  • Identify key performance metrics and create reporting frameworks that enable effective program management and scaling.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination with internal teams to resolve partner issues and deliver seamless program execution.
  • Standardize and optimize program processes to drive consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Serve as primary relationship manager for external fleet management partners, ensuring high satisfaction and proactive communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing program performance, gathering partner feedback, and implementing enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Qualifications

  • Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of program or project management experience, 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience, Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL, Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements, Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience, 3+ years of driving process improvements experience, Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization, Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
