Responsibilities
- Owns media strategy and develops integrated paid media plans aligned to strategic business goals across all channels (digital and traditional advertising).
- Analyzes performance data, translating to actionable incomes to optimize performance across all channels to improve ROAS and conversion rates.
- Identifies opportunities, issues, and assists in the creation, management, and optimization of marketing campaigns and programs.
- Manages media budgets, forecasts spend, and monitors pacing to ensure alignment with approved plans.
- Collaborates with internal partners to support campaign development, execution, and reporting.
- Drives lead conversion rate optimization efforts through testing and funnel analysis; develops and implements optimization plans and performs result analysis for continued growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Equivalent work experience or certification(s) may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Level I: Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
- Level II: Minimum 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media strategy, execution, and performance optimization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Google Ads, The Trade Desk, Meta Business Suite Advertising, and Adobe Analytics.
- Experience managing large and complex media budgets.
- Demonstrated experience working with digital advertising platforms, performance analytics tools, and media measurement methodologies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, marketing automation platforms, conversion tracking, attribution models, and project management software is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge and skill proficiency in digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Intermediate knowledge and skill proficiency in brand and marketing understanding, business analytics, communication, content creation, critical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, customer experience, project management, and technology acumen.
