Program Manager (4120) with Security Clearance

Position Responsibilities

• Manages the business and technical operations associated with the day to day contracting effort.
• Serves as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with Government program authorities and representatives on program or project and contract administration issues.
• Supervises program or project operation by developing management procedures and controls; planning and directing project execution; and monitoring and reporting progress.
• Covers and coordinates the activities of other shipping and receiving personnel and provides guidance in handling of unusual and non-routine problems.

Position Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• MS or MA degree in business or a related field and ten (10) years of experience.
• Allowable substitution: BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience OR an AS or AA degree and an additional six (6) years of experience.
• A minimum of four (4) years' Navy supply experience in performing the foregoing functions with at least two (2) years' supervisory experience in a supply support environment.
• Must be capable of training subordinates in processing requisitions; receipt and shipping of material and equipment; and inventory and control of accountable property.
• Must have a working knowledge of Navy supply procedures, systems, programs, policies, and HAZMAT handling.
• Must be able to lift items weighing up to forty (40) pounds.
