About the Opportunity

The Program Management Lead, Segment Strategy & Process is responsible for overseeing end-to-end program management of initiatives driven by the Business Segment Strategy & Process team. This role ensures alignment and accountability across projects that support business transformation efforts aimed at driving growth and enabling sales effectiveness. The position plays a critical role in organizing and advancing strategic programs that impact the company's business segments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage foundational program setup, including project planning and roadmaps.
• Lead program execution to meet key milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and address risks, dependencies, and necessary business decisions.
• Develop and maintain recurring leadership status reports for multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate and facilitate stakeholder meetings and communications.
• Ensure effective collaboration across functions involved in delivery.
• Partner with strategy leads to define success metrics and build business cases for initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and influence skills to collaborate across broad stakeholder networks.
• Proficiency in program management fundamentals, including stakeholder mapping, scope definition, and detailed project planning (experience with Asana preferred).
• Preferred: Experience with transformational program management covering strategy, capability delivery, and enablement.
• Preferred: Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and support program activities.
• Preferred: Skilled in narrative development and presentation to varied seniority levels.
• Preferred: Understanding of sales processes relevant to the company's business.

Pay

The starting salary range posted for this position is $103,300 to $157,000, excluding incentive compensation, equity, or benefits. Individual pay is based on hiring location, market conditions, skills, experience, qualifications, and training.
