Program Management Analyst, Junior

Responsibilities

• Provides expert-level oversight of program and functional managers across a broad portfolio of C5ISR and IT programs.
• Consults on program execution to include multiple agency partnering, opportunity assessments, resource allocations, and/or risk identification on technical and developmental issues.
• Directs and evaluates cost, schedule, and performance of complex technical efforts.
• Solicit operational/technical requirements, then prepare supporting documentation to include statements of work, and submit for approval/processing.
• Track status of various acquisitions from submission through award, support contract administration to include management of contract deliverables; and track obligations/expenditures.
• Interface with external agencies to facilitate collaboration, data and product sharing, and integration of intelligence.
• Facilitate technical exchanges and implement processes for broader community awareness of Intelligence R&D efforts across the Air Force enterprise.
• Develops and presents briefings to executive and senior level customer personnel.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen; Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) adjudication; Education: Bachelor's degree; Years of Experience: 0-4 years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities.
• Additional Experience: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred); Familiarity with ISR and intelligence disciplines; Effective, efficient written and oral communication skills; Self-motivated, detail oriented, responsible team player able to work independently with minimal daily direction; Ability to work and interact with technically and organizationally diverse personnel.
• Preferred Qualifications: Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 12+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities. OR Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience supporting DoD and/or Intelligence Community (IC) technical project management activities preferred.
