Program Analyst, Junior
About the role
As a program management specialist, you will support Naval Aviation projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities include implementing and maintaining organizational programs, reviewing and tracking technical deliverables, coordinating updates to Integrated Master Schedules, drafting technical and administrative correspondence, preparing program status summaries and presentations, attending meetings, and preparing meeting minutes. You will also work with key stakeholders and assist with Foreign Military Sales (FMS) logistics planning.
Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of Naval Aviation
- Review and track technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness
- Track project schedules and coordinate updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Draft technical and administrative correspondence
- Prepare program status summaries and presentations
- Attend meetings, reviews, and conferences and prepare meeting minutes
- Work with key stakeholders and assist with tactical FMS logistics planning
- Use resources like Microsoft Project and PowerPoint for planning
- Interact regularly with Subject Matter Experts and customers
Requirements
- Experience working in a professional environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to function in a dynamic working environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $48,100.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD).

This position is available as remote, hybrid, or onsite, depending on the employer's preference and the needs of the role.
