Program Analyst, Junior
Overview
ITC Defense is seeking a Program Analyst, Junior to support Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) operations and Logistics Management Support (LMS) activities. This position provides analytical, administrative, and logistics support to ensure the effective management of freight accountability, inventory, records management, and operational reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support Joint Consolidation Point (JCP) operations through data collection, reporting, and analysis activities.
- Generate reports, presentations, and operational metrics for government and interbranch reviews.
- Create, maintain, and manage Delivery Marking Briefs (DMBs) and associated freight documentation.
- Research, organize, and catalog material to ensure proper documentation, accountability, and disposition.
- Maintain inventory accountability records and supporting documentation.
- Aid in inventory management activities, including obtaining and tracking supplies and equipment required to support logistics operations.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records of logistics activities and material movements.
- Serve as the point of contact for the organization's travel system and assist personnel with travel and expense-related inquiries.
- Prepare facilities for visitor tours and support government visits and inspections.
- Photograph operational activities and compile monthly reports highlighting accomplishments and performance metrics.
- Prepare presentations, correspondence, and status reports as required.
- Perform forklift operations when required to support or supplement government personnel.
- Support other logistics and operational activities assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and less than three (3) years of experience supporting logistics, supply chain management, Foreign Military Sales (FMS), acquisition, lifecycle management, program management, or business operations OR - Associate's degree and four (4) additional years of directly related experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Six (6) years of directly related experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and record-keeping abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification, if required.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials and equipment in support of logistics operations, when required.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense logistics operations.
- Experience with inventory management, property accountability, warehouse operations, or freight management.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for government customers.
- Experience using government logistics systems and databases.
- Prior military logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting Joint Consolidation Point (JCP), supply chain, or sustainment operations.
