Summary C2 ALASKA, LLC Rome, NY Part-Time THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD The Program Management Analyst Junior RF is a foundational support role assisting the AFRL HELLFIRE Team. The position provides administrative, scheduling, data-gathering, tracking, and documentation support while learning program operations and developing acquisition-support capabilities in a collaborative environment. The role gathers information across projects and builds or updates Microsoft Excel tracking sheets; it is not expected to independently conduct complex operations research or create new organizational business models from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Support organizational and project management functions through information gathering, data review, coordination, tracking, and documentation.
• Gather and organize project data, update established tracking products, and support existing program processes.
• Assist with coordinating, organizing, managing, and documenting technical reviews, studies, analyses, meetings, and related program activities.
