Program Lead - Rehab PT

About the Role

The Program Lead oversees rehabilitation services in assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and strong customer relations. They facilitate coordination among therapy staff, monitor adherence to care plans, and support clinical program promotion and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering effective rehab services, ensuring documentation and adherence to treatment plans.
• Provide direct patient care and maintain customer satisfaction through routine touch points.
• Coordinate with therapy staff and other disciplines to meet patient needs.
• Support clinical program promotion, resource utilization, and staff training.
• Monitor compliance with care standards, manage clinical cases, and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Assist in staffing, financial oversight, and maintaining relationships with facility teams.
• Contribute to clinical orientation and staff development, and promote company services.
• Perform additional duties to support department operations.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of PT experience.
• At least 3 years of direct patient care and 1 year of management experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
