Program Lead - Rehab PT

About the role

The Program Lead oversees rehabilitation services within assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality patient care, effective coordination, and customer satisfaction. They assist therapy staff in delivering efficient services, maintaining adherence to care plans, and ensuring timely documentation. The role involves providing direct patient care, facilitating referrals to other disciplines, and supporting staff development in collaboration with licensed therapists and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor evidence-based care and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage clinical operations, including case management and quality improvement initiatives.
• Support staff in removing barriers to treatment and coordinate staffing needs.
• Oversee financial controls related to rehabilitation services.
• Maintain relationships with facilities and assist in securing new contracts.
• Contribute to clinical orientation and promote rehabilitation services.
• Perform related duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy license.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least three years of direct patient care experience.
• One year of management or supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
