Responsibilities
- Facilitate efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned account(s).
- Ensure coordination of services, high-standard customer relations, and informed referral sources.
- Monitor and maintain the highest standard of rehabilitation services, coordinating with leadership as needed.
- Assist therapy staff in delivering rehab services efficiently, adhering to care plans, schedules, and documentation.
- Provide direct patient care.
- Conduct routine customer relations touch points to ensure satisfaction and continued referrals.
- Make referrals to other disciplines or agencies to address comprehensive patient needs.
- Support evidence-based care, adherence to standards, and practice act compliance.
- Oversee clinical management of the rehabilitation department, including case management, quality improvement, and care planning.
- Assist therapy staff in identifying and removing barriers to treatment, seeking support for clinical education when needed.
- Coordinate daily staffing and utilization with input from treating therapists and recommendations from the Clinical Director.
- Monitor financial controls of revenue and expenses in collaboration with the Clinical Operations Area Director.
- Assist in meeting annual budget goals.
- Support clinical orientation and ensure a quality onboarding process for new rehab staff.
- Promote Powerback Rehabilitation products and services.
- Maintain and develop relationships with facility management teams and staff.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
- Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Pay
USD $29.50 - USD $34.00 per hour.
