Program Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Program Lead to act as a strategic anchor for a major global transformation initiative operating across distributed teams, leadership stakeholders, and cross-functional capability areas. This role exists at the intersection of business strategy, organizational transformation, and program progression.

You will work closely with customer leadership, regional counterparts, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment, shape direction, resolve ambiguity, and maintain momentum across a complex and evolving environment. The Program Lead operates as a peer-level execution and change leader, co-creating program direction and execution approach while retaining accountability for customer commitments, strategic trade-offs, and overall program progression.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in program leadership, enterprise transformation, strategic operations, consulting, or large-scale organizational initiatives
• Proven experience operating within complex global environments involving multiple stakeholder groups, regions, and organizational layers
• Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale initiatives through ambiguity, organizational complexity, and evolving priorities
• Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, organizational transformation, and large-scale program environments
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic facilitation skills
• Experience working across globally distributed teams and multiple time zones
