Key Responsibilities
- Aid with monthly revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for assigned programs
- Analyze actual costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and risks
- Prepare and maintain program financial reports, metrics, and dashboards
- Aid in developing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and long-range financial projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including but not limited to program management, operations, supply chain and engineering
- Support contract setup, funding tracking, and compliance requirements
- Participate in monthly financial and program reviews
- Support the development of new business proposals
- Review labor, material, and overhead costs for accuracy and completeness
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 0 to 4 years of experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage independent programs
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus
