Program Financial Analyst I

Key Responsibilities

• Aid with monthly revenue recognition, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for assigned programs
• Analyze actual costs against budgets and forecasts, identifying trends and risks
• Prepare and maintain program financial reports, metrics, and dashboards
• Aid in developing Estimates at Completion (EACs) and long-range financial projections
• Collaborate with cross-functional project teams including but not limited to program management, operations, supply chain and engineering
• Support contract setup, funding tracking, and compliance requirements
• Participate in monthly financial and program reviews
• Support the development of new business proposals
• Review labor, material, and overhead costs for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 0 to 4 years of experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Ability to manage independent programs
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Epicor is a plus
