- 9-80 Work Schedule (This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off)

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a growing team of program finance analysts in support of US Operations and Stryker Vehicles line of business
- Train team to support USG reporting requirements, compliance, and metrics
- Support team in preparation of contract EACs
- Coordinate quarterly and annual audit deliverables to external auditors
- Review, analyze, and consolidate monthly Orders, Revenue, and Cash forecasts with variances
- Support customer meetings
- Work cross-functionally to improve processes across the division
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business is required. Accounting or Finance majors preferred
- 10+ years experience
- Aptitude to manage multiple tasks concurrently through organization and planning
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge in Oracle and Hyperion preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
Schedule
100% onsite with a 9-80 work schedule (nine-hour days Monday through Thursday, every other Friday off).
