About the role

Intelligensia Labs is the secure delivery and infrastructure division of Intelligensia. We specialize in rapid provisioning, enterprise software licensing, hardware fulfillment, and turnkey systems integration for mission-critical and regulated environments. Our clients operate in compliance-heavy ecosystems where documentation integrity, sourcing transparency, and execution discipline are non-negotiable. We execute with structure, speed, and audit readiness. As federal engagements scale, disciplined financial oversight, contract value tracking, and revenue integrity become critical to operational stability and long-term growth. We are seeking a Program Finance Manager to oversee financial governance across awarded federal programs.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial tracking across awarded programs, including funded amounts, contract ceilings, and option year structures
  • Prepare and submit invoices in accordance with contract terms and billing schedules
  • Reconcile deliverables and milestones with invoicing documentation
  • Monitor revenue recognition and accounts receivable status
  • Maintain organized and audit-ready financial documentation
  • Track modifications, funding adjustments, and incremental obligations
  • Coordinate with program leadership to ensure financial alignment with execution timelines
  • Provide structured financial reporting to executive leadership
  • Identify financial risks, discrepancies, or compliance gaps and escalate appropriately
  • Support documentation readiness for potential audit or oversight review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in program finance, government contract accounting, or regulated financial environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing financial components of federal or public sector contracts
  • Working knowledge of federal contract financial structures, including CLINs, funded amounts, and performance periods
  • Strong analytical and documentation control skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple active programs simultaneously
  • U.S. work authorization

Preferred: Experience supporting federal prime contractors, familiarity with FAR-based financial environments, experience supporting firm-fixed-price, time-and-materials, or cost-reimbursable contracts, experience preparing documentation suitable for oversight or audit environments, CPA or related certification.

What Makes This Role Unique

This role strengthens the financial backbone of a scaling federal technology organization. You will help build disciplined program-level financial controls that protect revenue integrity and ensure compliant growth. This is not a bookkeeping role — it is a strategic finance position aligned with structured federal program execution. If you operate with precision, understand contractual financial frameworks, and value documentation integrity, this role is designed for you.
