Program Finance Manager

About the role

Leidos has an immediate opening for a Program Finance Manager to join our Civilian Enterprise team. This role supports the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning, analysis, forecasting, tracking, and reporting across programs supporting the Public Infrastructure portfolio and the Department of State.
• Lead all aspects of program financial management, including the monthly close process, Annual Operating Plan (AOP), forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Drive key financial initiatives from planning through execution.
• Significant interface with the Program Operation Managers, Contracts, FP&A, and other Support organizations.
• Implement financial policies and procedures in support of the program.
• Establish and maintain cost/schedule baselines, develop WBS and related dictionaries, develop schedules or Resource Loaded Networks (RLNs), budgets, and assist in new business proposals providing input and cost volumes to management.
• Provide data and reporting formats for all types and levels of program financial reviews.
• Prepare written and verbal reports to senior leadership regarding cost schedule variances.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in program finance control or operations finance.
• At least 2 years of prior experience as a team lead / finance manager.
• Defense contract industry experience with extensive knowledge of multiple contract types: FFP, FPLOE, T&M, Cost Plus and hybrid contracts.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills.
• US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Leidos financial systems and applications; such as: Hyperion, OBI, Cognos, Fusion, Insight, and Cost Point.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; such as: Project, Excel, and Word.

• Strong analytical, communication and presentations skills.

Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
