For our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space, we are seeking a strategic program executive to drive complex initiatives from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.

About the role

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a manufacturing environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for a high-value customer account
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders to align on priorities
  • Lead regular executive communication regarding program updates and performance
  • Own execution of multiple automation implementations across various sites
  • Coordinate with project managers and functional teams to ensure consistent delivery
  • Manage program scope, budget, and timelines, addressing operational challenges proactively
  • Drive leadership and development within a matrixed team of project professionals

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in program management or supply chain/automation leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex, multi-site initiatives
  • Exceptional executive-level stakeholder engagement skills
  • Expertise in budget management and financial performance
  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments
  • Experience with matrixed organizations and influencing teams without direct authority
  • Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$125,000 – $150,000 annually
