About the role
This role involves a combination of collaborative in-person and independent work, taking the form of a hybrid work format with time split between working onsite and remotely. As the primary bridge between the Chief Engineer and the engineering team, the PEM holds engineering decision authority over execution and is accountable for the successful design, development, fielding, and sustainment of the system.
