Job Description

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Program Director, Strategy & Delivery to join our team. This role leads enterprise-wide initiatives to drive end-to-end strategy execution, ensuring clear accountability, disciplined delivery, and measurable business value.

What We Do

We make, sell, and distribute PepsiCo and other beverages. We do business in five states and sell PepsiCo beverages to most of the market in our geographic regions. We also develop our own line of beverages, producing and distributing a growing product line nationally.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of progressive experience, including leadership of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in program, portfolio, or transformation leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple business functions (operations, commercial, finance, or strategy).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business value through complex change initiatives.
  • Experience operating in food and beverage manufacturing, or similarly complex environments preferred.
