What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
- Supervise and support talented clinical staff
- Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care
- Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders
- Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance
- Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation
- Help shape and strengthen innovative crisis services in your community

Schedule
Full Time, 40 hours
Pay Rate
$100,778.70/salaried

Required Skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Immediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office - such as Excel
- Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle
Required Experience
- Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required.
- At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred.
- At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years’ experience working within MCI required.
