Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and curriculum development for the MHA Program
• Hire and supervise faculty and staff, fostering professional development
• Collaborate on marketing and recruitment initiatives for prospective students
• Engage in research and publish scholarly work related to health management education
• Maintain accreditation standards and drive continuous program improvements

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree preferred in healthcare administration or a related field
• Experience in healthcare administration and teaching in the same field
• Familiarity with online learning environments and pedagogy
• Demonstrated leadership and scholarly achievements in healthcare management education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

$90,000 – $120,000 annually
