Program Director – Home and Community Based Services (LCSW)

About the role

As a Program Director, you will lead the Home and Community Based Therapy team, providing clinical supervision to therapists and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision to a team of Home and Community Based Therapists
• Implement structured, consistent, strength-based therapeutic interventions for youth with behavioral health needs
• Mentor and support clinicians in their efforts to help families thrive
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory parties and performance specifications

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• LCSW - Independent NY State License
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising clinicians who work with children, youth, and families (preferably in a community-based setting)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with children, youth, and families
• Previous Outpatient Clinical experience required
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bilingual ability in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Hindi is a plus!

$80,000 - $95,000/year
